Blake Henderson│
Executive Director
Blake and his family joined the Hidden Falls staff in January of 2012. He grew up at Cal Farley's Boys Ranch where his parents were on staff. Blake attended West Texas A&M University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Recreation in 2000 and later received his Master's Degree in Higher Education from Abilene Christian University. He is married to Donna and they have three children, Audrey, Bear & Kinsler. Blake's camping experience was at Camp Champions and Camp Balcones Springs Retreat & Conference Center. They are excited to be a part of what God is doing at Hidden Falls.

Jennie Lutz│
Communications Coordinator
Jennie was a long time camper at Hidden Falls and served as a summer staff member for 6 summers. She grew up in Big Spring, TX and graduated from Baylor University in 2019. In July of 2021, Jennie was hired as our Communications Coordinator and works remotely. Her and her husband, Tyler, live in Memphis, TN and Jennie travels to us throughout the year for fundraising events and for parts of summer camp. She is looking forward to the growth of Hidden Falls and how God uses this ministry to further His Kingdom.

Nate Dalke│
Summer Camp and Retreat Coordinator
Nate Dalke was born in Oklahoma, but he grew up in Ulysses, Kansas. He attended West Texas A&M and graduated from there in 2000 with a BA in Sports and Exercise Sciences. He then went to work with Westminster Presbyterian Church in Amarillo and earned a certificate in youth ministry through Fuller Seminary. From 2006-2022 Nate served in Managua, Nicaragua with Young Life and Savior’s Tear at their school Oasis de Esperanza. Nate and Amy were married in 2003 and came back with 3 kids from Nicaragua: Alicia, Gabriel, and Joash. Getting to be a part of the HFR family feels like a gift from God. They’re excited for this new chapter!
